Combat Tracks
Florida State Roadway
The Florida State Roadway is a 1/4 mile oval track set on Mattel-world 4" track and was the first
track to sport a DRACAR race. This track is narrow and deadly, allowing only two lanes and tight
90 degree turns. The Florida State Roadway is a stretch of open road in the Florida Keys, normally
closed for the DRACAR race. However, Florida's recent strict dueling laws have evolved this event
into the The Florida State Challenge.
Darlington Speedway
The Darlington Speedway, commonly known as the "Dark Lady," is the newest of the DRACAR tracks and
sports a brutal 1/4 mile oval of tire-eating asphalt. This track is run in 6 lap events and does
1-2 points of tire damage per lap to each contestant in the event! This fact alone has earned the
Dark Lady a reputation as "too tough to tame!"
California Clover
The California Clover is a variant of the CADC's Dublin Shamrock track.
This perilous 3 leaved clover interchange will debut in DRACAR in 1:24 scale, taped out on the floor of an
empty office space. It measures 38 feet in length and 26 feet in width! Truly an upscale track, the
California Clover will present the DRACAR drivers with 2 deadly hazards - the 180 degree hairpin in the
first turn of the track and the 8-way intersection that connects the stem and three leaves. Heavy Duty Brakes
may prove equally valuable on this track as top end or acceleration.
Detroit International
Detroit International is another CADC track to make it into the
DRACAR racing circuit. Sporting a 180 degree diamond-shaped hairpin capping a tall two-way stem, Detroit
will definitely offer some hair raising moments for its drivers and fans.
NEWDBEACH
The NEWDBEACH is a Mexican paradise located in bneautiful baja california. Traditionally host
to the annual Kenworth Tractor Disaster, this off-road low-budget track proves an exciting
challenge in DRACAR's line up. With no facilities to speak of, the DRACARs have to use their
transporters as pit stops!
Paradise Race Track
The Paradise track comes from NOVA's circuit and is
a simple oval track modified cleverly with a pair of 360 degree spirals in each straight away! Driver dizziness
may prove to be a problem over a 400 mile race on this track!
